Fukuoka has long been famous for producing three major types of liquor—shochu, sake, and wine—along with other spirits.

Kokyu is the excellent quality Shochu (Japanese traditional hard liquor) made from selected barley. It’s aged over five years kept in unique jar, in a tunnel at silent mountains, made mellow and rich flavor. Limited quantity, limited sales.
